The Lord Hoyle was born Eric Douglas Harvey Hoyle on 17 February 1930 , and is a Labour Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 14 May 1997. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Warrington North, Warrington and Nelson and Colne.
