The Rt Hon. the Lord Naseby was born Michael Wolfgang Laurence Morris on 25 November 1936 in U.K., and is a Conservative Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 28 October 1997. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Northampton South.
