Mr Kevan Jones

North Durham


Mr Kevan Jones was born Kevan David Jones on 25 April 1964 in Shireoaks, England and is the Labour MP for North Durham.

Mr Kevan Jones ceased to be a member of the House of Commons on 03 May 2017 (general election).


In the past, Mr Kevan Jones has held the position of Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Ministry of Defence) (Veterans) (2008 to 2010) in government.

He was Shadow Minister (Defence) (2010 to 2016), Shadow Minister (Veterans) (2010 to 2010) in opposition.
