Rt Hon Ben Wallace MP was born Robert Ben Lobban Wallace on 15 May 1970 in Farnborough, England and is the Conservative MP for Wyre and Preston North.


Mr Ben Wallace is currently Minister of State (Home Office) (Security), a government position he has held since July 2016.

In the past, Mr Ben Wallace has held the position of Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Northern Ireland Office) (2015 to 2016), Assistant Whip (HM Treasury) (2014 to 2015) in government.

He was Shadow Minister (Scotland) (2007 to 2010) in opposition.
