Barbara Keeley

Worsley and Eccles South


Barbara Keeley was born Barbara Mary Keeley on 26 March 1952 in England and is the Labour MP for Worsley and Eccles South.

Barbara Keeley ceased to be a member of the House of Commons on 03 May 2017 (general election).


In the past, Barbara Keeley has held the position of Parliamentary Secretary and Deputy Leader of the House of Commons (2009 to 2010), Assistant Whip (HM Treasury) (2008 to 2009) in government.

She was Shadow Minister (Mental Health and Social Care) (2016 to 2017), Shadow Minister (Health) (2015 to 2016), Shadow Minister (Treasury) (2015 to 2015), Shadow Minister (Communities and Local Government) (2010 to 2011), Shadow Minister (Health) (2010 to 2010), Shadow Deputy Leader of the House of Commons (2010 to 2010) in opposition.
