The Lord Judd

The Lord Judd was born Frank Ashcroft Judd on 28 March 1935 , and is a Labour Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 10 June 1991. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Portsmouth North and Portsmouth West.
He has in the past sat on EU Sub Committee F - Home Affairs, Health and Education
In the past, Lord Judd has held the position of Minister of State (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) (1977 to 1979), Minister (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) (Overseas Development) (1976 to 1977) in government.
He was Shadow Minister (Defence) (1972 to 1974) in opposition.
