Stephen Twigg MP was born Stephen Twigg on 25 December 1966 in Enfield, England and is the Labour (Co-op) MP for Liverpool, West Derby. He has been an MP since 06 May 2010 and has previously sat in the House of Commons for Enfield Southgate.
