Stephen Twigg was born Stephen Twigg on 25 December 1966 in Enfield, England and is the Labour (Co-op) MP for Liverpool, West Derby. He has been an MP since 06 May 2010 and has previously sat in the House of Commons for Enfield Southgate.

Stephen Twigg ceased to be a member of the House of Commons on 03 May 2017 (general election).
