The Rt Hon. the Lord Foster of Bath was born Donald Foster on 31 March 1947 , and is a Liberal Democrat Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 07 October 2015. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Bath.
Currently sitting on the Licensing Act 2003 Committee (since June 2016), Lord Foster of Bath does not chair at this time.
