The Most Hon. the Rt Hon. the Marquess of Lothian QC was born Michael Ancram on 07 July 1945 , and is a Conservative Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 22 November 2010. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Devizes, Edinburgh South and Berwick and East Lothian.
