The Lord Harris of Haringey was born Jonathan Toby Harris on 11 October 1953 , and is a Labour Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 05 August 1998.


Currently sitting on the National Security Strategy (Joint Committee) (since May 2016), Lord Harris of Haringey does not chair at this time.
