Rt Hon John Spellar MP
Rt Hon John Spellar MP was born John Francis Spellar on 05 August 1947 in Bromley, England and is the Labour MP for Warley. He has been an MP since 09 April 1992 and has previously sat in the House of Commons for Birmingham Northfield.
Currently sitting on the Committees on Arms Export Controls (formerly Quadripartite Committee) (since February 2016), Defence Sub-Committee (since September 2015), Defence Committee (since July 2015), John Spellar does not chair at this time.
