The Rt Hon. the Baroness Oppenheim-Barnes was born Sally Oppenheim-Barnes on 26 July 1930 , and is a Conservative Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 09 February 1989. She previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Gloucester.
