The Lord Razzall CBE

The Lord Razzall CBE was born Edward Timothy Razzall on 12 June 1943 , and is a Liberal Democrat Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 22 October 1997.


Currently sitting on the Consolidation Bills (Joint Committee) (since July 2017), Lord Razzall does not chair at this time.

He has in the past sat on Consolidation Bills (Joint Committee) (Jun 2015 to Apr 2017), Communications Committee (Jun 2010 to Mar 2015), Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee (Nov 2007 to Apr 2010), Consolidation Bills (Joint Committee) (Apr 1998 to Mar 2015).


He was Liberal Democrat Lords Spokesperson (Civil Service and Public Sector Reform) (2015 to 2016) in opposition.
