Rt Hon Kenneth Clarke QC MP
Rt Hon Kenneth Clarke QC MP was born Kenneth Harry Clarke on 02 July 1940 in West Bridgford, England and is the Conservative MP for Rushcliffe.
Mr Kenneth Clarke is currently Father of the House of Commons, a parliamentary position he has held since February 2017.
