The Baroness Thomas of Winchester MBE was born Celia Marjorie Thomas on 14 October 1945 , and is a Liberal Democrat Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 26 May 2006.


Currently sitting on the Consolidation Bills (Joint Committee) (since July 2017), Procedure Committee (Lords) (since June 2017), Baroness Thomas of Winchester does not chair at this time.
