Bridget Phillipson was born Bridget Phillipson on 19 December 1983 in Gateshead, England and is the Labour MP for Houghton and Sunderland South.

Bridget Phillipson ceased to be a member of the House of Commons on 03 May 2017 (general election).


She was Opposition Whip (Commons) (2013 to 2015) in opposition.
