The Baroness Neville-Rolfe DBE CMG was born Lucy Neville-Rolfe on 02 January 1953 , and is a Conservative Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 10 September 2013.


Currently sitting on the European Union Committee (since June 2017), EU Financial Affairs Sub-Committee (since June 2017), Baroness Neville-Rolfe does not chair at this time.

She has in the past sat on Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Bill [HL] Special Public Bill Committee (Sep 2016 to Nov 2016), Affordable Childcare (Jun 2014 to Jul 2014).


In the past, Baroness Neville-Rolfe has held the position of Commercial Secretary (Minister of State) (HM Treasury) (2016 to 2017), Minister of State (Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) (2016 to 2016), Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Culture, Media and Sport) (2015 to 2016), Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Business, Innovation and Skills) (Intellectual Property) (2014 to 2016) in government.
