The Rt Hon. the Lord Bradley was born Keith John Charles Bradley on 17 May 1950 in England, and is a Labour Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 12 June 2006. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Manchester Withington.

Currently sitting on the NHS Sustainability Committee (since May 2016), Lord Bradley does not chair at this time.
