The Rt Hon. the Lord Bruce of Bennachie was born Malcolm Bruce on 17 November 1944 , and is a Liberal Democrat Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 19 October 2015. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Gordon.
