The Rt Hon. the Lord Browne of Ladyton was born Desmond Browne on 22 March 1952 , and is a Labour Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 22 July 2010. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Kilmarnock and Loudoun.
