The Rt Hon. the Lord Wallace of Tankerness QC was born James Wallace on 25 August 1954 , and is a Liberal Democrat Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 17 October 2007. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Orkney and Shetland.
