The Rt Hon. the Lord Goodlad KCMG was born Alastair Robertson Goodlad on 04 July 1943 , and is a Conservative Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 19 July 2005. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Eddisbury and Northwich.
