The Rt Hon. the Lord Davies of Oldham was born Bryan Davies on 09 November 1939 , and is a Labour Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 03 October 1997. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for Oldham Central and Royton and Enfield North.
