Mr Philip Dunne MP was born Philip Martin Dunne on 14 August 1958 in Oxford, England and is the Conservative MP for Ludlow.


Mr Philip Dunne is currently Minister of State (Department of Health), a government position he has held since July 2016.

In the past, Mr Philip Dunne has held the position of Minister of State (Ministry of Defence) (Defence Procurement) (2015 to 2016), Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Ministry of Defence) (2012 to 2015), Assistant Whip (HM Treasury) (2010 to 2012) in government.

He was Opposition Whip (Commons) (2008 to 2010) in opposition.
