Rt Hon John Bercow MP


Rt Hon John Bercow MP was born John Simon Bercow on 19 January 1963 in Edgeware , England and is the Speaker MP for Buckingham.


John Bercow is currently Speaker of the House of Commons, a parliamentary position he has held since June 2017.

He was Shadow Secretary of State for International Development (2003 to 2004), Shadow Spokesperson (Work and Pensions) (2002 to 2002), Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury (2001 to 2002), Shadow Spokesperson (Home Affairs) (2000 to 2001), Shadow Minister (Education) (1999 to 2000) in opposition.

He is currently Speaker of the House of Commons , and was Speaker of the House of Commons
