The Rt Hon. the Lord Clark of Windermere was born David George Clark on 19 October 1939 in Scotland, and is a Labour Life peer sitting in the House of Lords since 02 July 2001. He previously sat in the House Of Commons as MP for South Shields and Colne Valley.
